Shipping & Return
- A 15% deposit is required at checkout for Partial COD orders; the remainder is due upon delivery.
- All orders (Partial COD and prepaid) are dispatched within 24 working hours.
- Free standard delivery within 3–5 working days across India.
- In the event of cancellation after dispatch, resulting in a Return to Origin (RTO), the paid amount will be non-refundable for partial COD Orders.
- All purchases made under the Sale are final and are not eligible for return or refund. We kindly advise customers to review all product details carefully before completing their order.
- Size or design exchanges are permitted for select products. Please note that the value of the selected exchange item must not exceed the purchase value of the originally bought product.
- If the value of the exchange item is lower than the original purchase value, the balance amount—if applicable—will be issued to the customer in the form of a coupon code. This coupon code may be redeemed on the customer’s next purchase, or any single purchase, within one (1) year from the date of issue. No additional terms or restrictions will apply.
