Dispatch
All orders are dispatched within 24 working hours.
For pre-booked products, dispatch timelines may differ. Please refer to the respective product page for product-specific timelines.
Delivery
We offer free standard delivery across India.
Most orders are delivered within 4–6 working days from dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our logistics partners and may occasionally vary due to external factors.
Express Delivery & Cash on Delivery
A nominal ₹150 handling fee applies to Express Delivery and Cash on Delivery orders.
Delivery Delays
While we always aim for timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, regional disruptions, or courier network constraints. If your order is delayed, our support team will be happy to assist.
Returns & Exchanges
We want every Planet Paaduks product to feel just right.
If the size, fit, or style isn't what you expected, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused.
- All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact.
- The request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Record an unboxing video while opening your package.
Exchange Policy
One complimentary return or exchange request is included with every order.
Additional exchange requests may attract a logistics fee of ₹300 per pair towards pickup and re-delivery.
Replacement products are typically dispatched within 24 working hours after the original product has been received and verified.
Last Chance & Thrift Store Purchases
The following products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products purchased during sale or promotional events.
- Thrift Store purchases.
Products listed under our Thrift Store collection may have been used for photoshoots, displays, or brand activities and may show minor signs of handling. These products are offered at special prices and are therefore considered final sale.
Quality, Damage & Missing Item Claims
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with a quality concern, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us investigate and resolve such cases quickly, we recommend recording an unboxing video while opening your package.
For claims related to transit damage, missing items, or product quality concerns, an unboxing video may be requested as supporting documentation.
Refund Policy
Refunds for prepaid orders are initiated within 24 working hours after the returned product has been received and verified. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refunded amount is usually reflected within 3–5 working days.
Cash on Delivery refunds are processed via a secure payment link and are typically reflected shortly after the required details have been submitted.
Important Notes
- The ₹150 handling fee applicable on Express Delivery and Cash on Delivery orders is non-refundable.
- If an exchanged product is subsequently returned for a refund, a logistics fee of ₹150 may be deducted from the refundable amount.
Store Credits & Gift Cards
Store credits can only be redeemed through the customer account in which they were issued.
Promotional or goodwill credits remain valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Refund-related store credits do not expire.
Gift cards purchased through our website are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
