We stand behind the products we create and are committed to supporting genuine manufacturing concerns that may arise during normal use.
Warranty Coverage
Eligible Planet Paaduks footwear is covered by a 100-day warranty against manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions.
Material-related concerns are covered for 45 days from the original purchase date.
The warranty period begins from the date mentioned on the original purchase invoice.
Please note that the warranty period does not restart or extend following repairs, replacements, exchanges, or subsequent purchases.

What Is Covered
Our warranty covers genuine manufacturing defects, including:
- Sole separation
- Stitching defects
- Adhesion failures
- Material-related defects
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Surface scratches, scuffs, or cosmetic ageing
- Damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, or negligence
- Water damage beyond the intended use of the product
- Comfort or fit-related concerns after usage
- Damage resulting from unauthorised repairs or alterations
- Natural ageing of materials, colours, or finishes

Product Care
To help your products age beautifully:
- Store products in a cool, dry place.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive moisture, or heat.
- Clean using appropriate material-specific cleaning methods.
- Allow products to dry naturally if exposed to moisture.
- Avoid machine washing unless specifically instructed.
Proper care can significantly extend the life and appearance of your product.
