Return Policy : 

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

The product should be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with MRP and inventory label attached.

Sale items, Thrift Store purchases, and damaged products not due to our error are not eligible for return.

For quality assurance, we request an unboxing video to be provided for all return and exchange requests.

All "Combo" or bundled product purchases are considered Final Sale and are Non-Returnable.

All purchases made under the Black Friday offer are final and not eligible for return or refund. Kindly review all product details carefully before completing your order.

Exchange Policy:

 An exchange order will be created only after the original product has been picked up from the customer's address. Once the request is received and approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 2–3 working days from the day of approval of the request.

Once the product is picked up and verified, your new product will be dispatched within 24 working hours and will be delivered within 3–5 working days from the dispatch date.

(Delays caused by public holidays and unforeseen events such as natural calamities or strikes are not included in the estimated delivery timeline.)

Please note that we provide free exchange for the first exchange. In case you need to exchange the product for a second time, a fee of INR 300 will be levied for the same. In case the exchanged product is returned, INR 150 will be deducted from the refund.

Combo exchanges are only allowed for size changes within the same items. Style, colour, or model changes are not permitted.

Please note that items from the Designer’s Edit collection can be exchanged only for another item within the same collection.

All purchases made under the End of Season Sale are final and are not eligible for return or refund. We kindly advise customers to review all product details carefully before completing their order.
Size or design exchanges within our product portfolio are permitted. Please note that the value of the selected exchange item must not exceed the purchase value of the originally bought product.

If the value of the exchange item is lower than the original purchase value, the balance amount—if applicable—will be issued to the customer in the form of a coupon code. This coupon code may be redeemed on the customer’s next purchase, or any single purchase, within one (1) year from the date of issue. No additional terms or restrictions will apply.

 This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discounts, except the standard pre-paid discount.

Refunds :

Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For orders utilizing Partial COD, a commitment payment of 15% of the total order value is required at the time of checkout. The remaining balance is due and payable to the courier upon delivery of your order.

Refunds for Returns
A full refund of the total order value will be processed only for items returned within the designated return period and in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in our comprehensive Return Policy. 

Cancellations After Dispatch (RTO)
Please note that should an order be canceled after it has been dispatched from our facility, resulting in a Return to Origin (RTO), the initial 15% payment made at checkout will be non-refundable.

For Prepaid Orders

Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be initiated to your original mode of payment within 24 working hours.
The amount should reflect in your source bank account within 3 to 5 working days, depending on your bank's processing time.
It will reflect under the name of Funky Kalakar Private Limited.

Store Credits:

Please note that you can only use Credits to buy products from your registered customer account in which store credits are credited. Store credit cannot be used for payment of orders placed from any other account.
Credits cannot be transferred to any other Planet Paaduks user's account, bank account, or wallets, etc.
Any Planet Paaduks credits earned as goodwill (other than refunds) will expire in 90 days.
Gift cards purchased on the website will expire after 1 year from the purchase date.
Store credits given in the form of refunds are not subject to expiry.
