Dispatch Time – Once we receive your order, it will be dispatched within 24 working hours.
In case of any delay, the customer will be notified via email.
Delivery Timeline – We offer free standard delivery across India within 3–5 working days.
For Partial COD orders, a 20% payment is required at checkout, with the remaining balance payable upon delivery.
Full order value is refundable only for returns made within the designated return period, as per our return policy.
In the event of cancellation after dispatch, resulting in a Return to Origin (RTO), the paid amount will be non-refundable.

Delays caused by unforeseen events such as public holidays, natural calamities, or strikes are not included in the estimated delivery timeline.
