Exchanges (style or size) are permitted only for products included in the designated Designer's Edit List and only during the specified exchange period in order to retain the 10% discount benefit.
Customers may not exchange their purchase for any product outside of this approved list.
The value of the exchange item must not exceed the purchase value of the originally sold product.
If the value of the exchange item is lower, any remaining balance—if applicable—will be issued to the customer in the form of a coupon code, redeemable on the customer’s next purchase or any single purchase within one (1) year from the date of issue.
A 15% deposit is required at checkout for Partial COD orders; the remainder is due upon delivery.
All orders (Partial COD and prepaid) are dispatched within 24 working hours.

In the event of cancellation after dispatch, resulting in a Return to Origin (RTO), the paid amount will be non-refundable for partial COD Orders.
An exchange order will be created only after the original product has been picked up.
Additional exchange or return requests will incur a charge of ₹300 per pair for pickup and re-delivery, applicable within 7 days from the last delivery date.
