This season, Planet Paaduks steps into a bold new era, unveiling our first-ever premium leather collection. Crafted for those who appreciate timeless design, purposeful craft, and understated distinction, this launch marks the beginning of a design evolution.

For years, our brand has celebrated natural, vegan, and ethically sourced materials from cork to corduroy. But design, much like character, thrives on exploration. And so, after months of research, refinement, and ethical vetting, we’re introducing responsibly sourced animal leather for the very first time in our portfolio.

A Note from Our Co-Founder & Designer

Hi, I’m Aparajit Sangotra, Co-Founder and Designer at Planet Paaduks.
From day one, our mission has been clear: to design footwear that blends artistry, comfort, and consciousness. I’ve always believed shoes should tell stories, not just of where you go, but of how you choose to move through the world.

This collection was born from that philosophy. We wanted to create versatile designer shoes that transition effortlessly from relaxed weekends to polished evenings. But more importantly, we wanted every pair to embody our values: thoughtful design, ethical sourcing, and timeless craftsmanship.

Why Leather and Why Now

Leather has long symbolised endurance, heritage, and sophistication. But introducing it into our ecosystem wasn’t a casual decision. It took months of sourcing, testing, and refining to find a material that met our standards for both ethics and excellence.

We didn’t choose leather to follow the crowd; we decided to expand our craft. To explore what happens when modern design meets a timeless material responsibly.
