I loved the exchange part as I was not expecting it as I got it on sale, but then the size 10 also didn't fit me well. better than 9, but not the best. Tbh, I don't know whether size 11 exists or not, so don't want to waste unnecessary time into this, but happy that at least you handled my first complaint very well.
